御手前（あなた）のことについて、このたびご願いの通り、太守様へのお目見えがご首尾よく相済みましたことへのお祝いとして、御太刀一腰・御馬代をご献上くださいました。お手紙の趣旨はしかと承り、（太守様へ）披露申し上げましたところ、御喜悦のことでございます。

Regarding yourself: on this occasion, as you had wished, your audience (o-mimai) with the Lord (Taishu-sama) was carried out successfully. As a celebratory offering for this occasion, you presented one sword and a gift of money in lieu of a horse. I have duly received the intent of your letter and relayed it to the Lord, who is greatly pleased.
