別紙 可被取扱旨
〇表御納戸役所諸色有物以後隔年御留守年可致吟味事
但有物吟味之節御勘定所ゟ吟味役并小算立合吟味可申事
一此度残者諸色之内御不用之分入札御払被仰付候処御趣意を以右御払代銀当分
御納戸役所へ引受拝借被仰付候間此段役方へ可被申聞候尤右之通被仰付候ニ付締方
之儀念を入可被取計候
一御納戸役所隔年有物吟味被仰付候ニ付以後紙之品ニ寄欠紙御立被下候間吟味之上
取計可被申候
別紙 御納戸方へ可被申渡旨
〇今度被仰付候御納戸役所御趣意銀取扱左之通
一御納戸役所引受拝借手形相極御貯方へ相廻シ諸色御払代御貯落上手形を取
御勘定所へ可被指上事
但右拝借手形限月之儀寅十一月切元利無滞上納可有之事
一利足取立之儀一ケ年通シ壱歩ツヽ取立可被申事
但右利足之儀四朱通りハ御納戸役所へ為失却被下置相残ル六朱通御貯方へ上
納可有之事
一拝借銀貸付之儀御紙屋共仕入銀拝借相願候ハヽ吟味之上貸渡可被申候右之外拝
借相願候者有之候とも決而貸渡被申間敷候尤御納戸役所へ引受ニ候ヘハ如何様之差
支有之候へとも御用代之内を以取立上納可有之事

存付も於有之ハ無遠慮役頭へ可申達品ニ寄評議可有之候間被相心得町在役人共

別紙 取り扱うべき旨
○表御納戸役所の諸色有物について、以後隔年で御留守年に吟味を行うこと
ただし有物吟味の際は、御勘定所より吟味役並びに小算が立ち合って吟味を行うこと
一、この度残った諸色のうち御不用の分について入札御払いを仰せ付けられたところ、御趣意をもって右御払い代銀を当分の間御納戸役所へ引き受け拝借を仰せ付けられましたので、この段を役方へ申し聞かせるべきです。もっとも右の通り仰せ付けられましたので、締め方の儀について念を入れて取り計らうべきです
一、御納戸役所隔年有物吟味を仰せ付けられましたので、以後紙の品により欠け紙を御立て下されますので、吟味の上取り計らうべきです
別紙 御納戸方へ申し渡すべき旨
○今度仰せ付けられた御納戸役所御趣意銀の取り扱いは左の通り
一、御納戸役所引き受け拝借手形を決めて御貯方へ回し、諸色御払い代を御貯落とし上げ手形を取って御勘定所へ指し上げるべきこと
ただし右拝借手形限月の儀は寅十一月切りで元利滞りなく上納すべきこと
一、利足取り立ての儀は一ヶ年通して一歩ずつ取り立てるべきこと
ただし右利足の儀、四朱通りは御納戸役所へ失却として下され置き、相残る六朱通りを御貯方へ上納すべきこと
一、拝借銀貸付の儀について、御紙屋共が仕入れ銀拝借を願い出た場合は吟味の上貸し渡すべきです。右の外で拝借を願い出る者があっても決して貸し渡してはなりません。もっとも御納戸役所へ引き受けですので、いかなる差し支えがあっても御用代の内をもって取り立て上納すべきこと

○去る申年より町在家掛りを仰せ付けられ、滞りなく上納を行い、殊に末々の者はさぞ難儀を致したでしょうが、町在役人共が出精して無難に今年まで皆納したのは一段のことです。追々御聴に達したところ、右の趣旨を支配末々まで漏れなく申し渡すよう仰せ出されました この条は金津奉行にはなし
一、御勝手御趣法により御家中七ヶ年半減御借米を仰せ付けられ、御苦労に思し召しのことです。右に随い町在で金銀不通用となり難儀を致すでしょう。諸民のためにもなり、金銀を馳せ通わせる趣法等、思い付きがあれば遠慮なく役頭へ申し達すべきです。品により評議があるでしょうから心得て、町在役人共へ厚く申し聞かせ置くべきです

○The handling of the treasury office's special funds ordered this time shall be as follows:
1. Treasury office borrowing promissory notes shall be finalized and sent to the reserve fund office, and receipts for miscellaneous goods sale proceeds deposited in reserves shall be submitted to the accounting office
However, the deadline for these borrowing notes shall be the end of the 11th month of the Year of the Tiger, with principal and interest to be paid without delay
1. Interest collection shall be at a rate of one bu per year consistently
However, regarding this interest, four shu shall be allocated to the treasury office as loss allowance, and the remaining six shu shall be submitted to the reserve fund office
1. Regarding lending of borrowed silver: if the official paper merchants request borrowing of funds for procurement, lending may be made after examination. For any others requesting borrowing, lending is absolutely forbidden. Since this is handled by the treasury office, regardless of any difficulties, collection and submission must be made from official funds

As this has reached His Lordship's attention, it has been ordered that this matter be communicated without omission to all subordinates under administration. 1. Due to financial restructuring, the samurai class has been ordered seven-year half-reduction borrowed rice loans, which is considered a hardship.
