之儀も追々普請出来申候間当年ゟ者前々江立戻り酉年已来之形合

一先年御鷹方并用水方双方ニ而加勢人足高壱万五千人之切賦を以相済候様
申渡候得共次第ニ普請所相増右人足高ニ而ハ相済不申旨依之当年ゟ左之通
人足高ニ而相済候様夫々役方へ申渡候間遣方之儀於役方向々ニ勘弁可有

現代語訳
についても追々普請が出来上がってきましたので、当年からは前々に立ち戻り、酉年以来の形合いとは格段に人足高を相減じるべきです。在方の損益が片回りになるのは宜しくない儀につき、一統のために評議を命じましたので、この段役方において向々村役人共ならびに百姓共へ申し諭すべき事です。
一、先年御鷹方ならびに用水方双方にて加勢人足高壱万五千人の切り賦を以て済ませるよう申し渡しましたが、次第に普請所が相増し、右人足高では済まない旨により、当年から左の通り人足高にて済ませるよう夫々役方へ申し渡しましたので、遣い方の儀について役方向々にて勘弁があるべき事です。
一、壱万人 御鷹方 一、壱万五千人 用水方
ただし不時格別の義がある場合は、その節は厚く吟味を遂げ取り計らうべき事
右の通り壱ヶ年人足高を相定め置き、年々普請の致し方勘弁があるべき事です。

First, previously it was ordered that both the Hawking Department and Irrigation Department should manage with auxiliary labor allocation of 15,000 people, but as construction sites have gradually increased and this number of laborers is insufficient, from this year it has been ordered to each department that they should manage with the following labor allocation, and each department should exercise discretion in deployment:
