〇牢屋御修覆之節掛り合之役方以後諸修覆同様見積見分被仰付候間此
段可被相心得候尤御修覆之軽重ニ寄出役之心得方可有之儀ニ候

金津奉行へ
〇於三国湊御廻米籾納方仕来相遣之儀も無之事ニ候得共猶又改而〆り方申付
候間随分入念納方取扱可申事万一廻し俵升目不足相立候ハヽ欠減之通俵
毎委指米為致可申候近年江戸大坂ニおゐて御蔵納之節減石多く相立
別而去丑年ハ過分減石相立御蔵納も致難渋買米等相願候ハヽ御振合も
不宜儀其上納庄屋共ニも及難儀於積所も麁抹之取計方有之哉之御移も
有之事ニ候於積所役方吟味不参届趣ニ御沙汰有之候而ハ御振合にも相拘り
於郡中も難儀候筋出来可申事ニ候依之三国湊之者共へも船積且出船
等之節聊心得違紛敷取計無之様急度被仰付有之候間其旨相心得
万端厳重取計可申候

〇在方諸加勢人足之儀去ル酉年大水ニ而村々用水路併道橋等損所
多有之候ニ付其以来過分ニ加勢人足高相増候然ル処酉年聊損所

○牢屋御修復の際の係り合いの役方について、以後諸修復と同様に見積もり見分を申し付けられますので、この段お心得ください。もっとも御修復の軽重により出役の心得方があるべき儀です。
正月二十三日
右の趣を御奉行、御普請奉行、御作事奉行へも同様に申し出されました。
金津奉行へ
○三国湊における御廻米籾納方について、仕来りを変更する儀もありませんが、なお改めて締め方を申し付けますので、随分入念に納方取り扱いを申すこと。万一廻し俵の升目不足が判明した場合は、欠減の通り俵毎に委細に指米を致すべきです。近年江戸大坂において御蔵納の際に減石多く判明し、特に去る丑年は過分な減石が判明して御蔵納も困難となり、買米等を願い出る場合は御都合も宜しくない儀です。その上納庄屋共にも困窮が及び、積所においても粗末な取り計らい方があるのではないかとの御移しもありました。積所の役方の吟味が行き届かない趣で御沙汰があっては御都合にも関わり、郡中においても困窮する筋が出てくることになります。これにより三国湊の者共へも船積みならびに出船等の際、少しも心得違いや紛らわしい取り計らいがないよう急度申し付けがありましたので、その旨を心得、万端厳重に取り計らうべきです。

○Regarding the delivery of circulating rice and rice in the husk at Mikuni port, while there is no change to established practices, strict control is once again ordered, so the delivery handling must be carried out with utmost care. Should any shortage in the measure of circulating rice bales be discovered, detailed supplementary rice must be provided for each bale according to the deficiency. In recent years, significant reductions in rice volume have been discovered during warehouse storage in Edo and Osaka, and particularly in the previous Year of the Ox, excessive reductions were discovered, making warehouse storage difficult. If requests for rice purchases are made, this would be inconvenient for the administration. Moreover, the tax-collecting village headmen also face hardship, and there are concerns about careless handling at collection points. If there are official reports that inspections by officials at collection points are inadequate, this would affect administrative convenience and create difficulties throughout the districts.
