凌相勤候様ニ与存ル事ニ候猶委細之儀ハ家老共へ申含候間可申聞候

組之者指出夫々指図可申事太切之場所ヘハ川除役方致出役防方申付被成も
可有之候間村々一体ニ承知可致居事
但芝原上水口之儀ハ太切成場所ニ候間大水之節ハ松岡一統志比境町其外
近郷之村方并水下之村人とも申合罷出相防可申事
右之通金津奉行三郡奉行川除奉行へ私共ゟ可申通旨

凌ぎ相勤めるようにと存じる事でございます。なお委細の儀は家老共へ申し含めてございますので申し聞かせるべきです。
ただし役番外以下は何れも無事で一段の事でございますとの御文言はございません
諸月番へ
○ただいま御意をお成し下された通り、長期にわたる過分な御借米を仰せ付け置かれ、一統が難儀を致すであろうことを御心痛遊ばされ、相応の御手当等をお成し下さりたく種々御評議をお懸けになりましたが、諸御借財が御断延になり御手詰まりの御事故、別に御融通をお成しになる方法がございません。よって少分ながら御手当のため御札所銀拝借を仰せ付けられ、利足の儀は御手元の御省略を以てご償還下さいます。なお前々から仰せ出された通り、諸事他を顧みず勘弁を致し相勤めるべき旨申し聞かせるよう仰せ出されました。御貸札御高並びに上納割合の儀は御奉行共から通達があるでしょう。

○川除普請仕法の儀について追々仰せ出された通り、川除地元の村々へ平常心掛けて修補を致し、大破に及んで御田地が潰れないよう致すべき事でございます。もし洪水等の節は地元の村人共は申すに及ばず、水押しになる可能性のある村々は村人共申し合わせて相防ぎ出精致すべき事、大水になった節は四郡組の者を指し出し夫々指図申すべき事、太切の場所へは川除役方が出役致し防ぎ方を申し付けることもあり得ますので、村々一体に承知致しておくべき事でございます。
ただし芝原上水口の儀は太切な場所でございますので、大水の節は松岡一統志比境町その外近郷の村方並びに水下の村人共申し合わせ罢り出て相防ぐべき事

Believers should make appropriate silver donations regardless of the amount. If they request relay horses, lodging, etc. during the pilgrimage, this should be communicated to subordinates so that there are no obstacles through mutual assistance.

○Regarding river embankment construction methods, as repeatedly announced, local villages along river embankments should regularly maintain and repair them so that agricultural land does not collapse due to major breaks. In case of floods, not only local villagers but also villages that may be affected by flooding should coordinate and work together to prevent damage. When major floods occur, members of the four-district groups should be dispatched with respective instructions. For critical locations, river embankment officials may be dispatched to direct prevention efforts, so all villages should understand this collectively.
However, regarding the Shibahara upper water intake, as this is a critical location, during major floods, all of Matsuoka, Shihi border town, and other nearby villages as well as downstream villagers should coordinate and come out to provide protection.
