〇三国湊沖ノ口御法度御条目此度令評議候通前々ゟ御定法之儀共書加へ
金津奉行渥美新右衛門へ可被相渡候則左之通申渡候且又享保十三申年相渡候書付之
写是亦可被相渡候

三国湊沖ノ口御法度御条目従古来被仰付置毎年正月廿二日於湊一同為
読聞候通厳重ニ可相守之処近年心得違之者も有之趣粗相聞候向後心得違
之者相聞候節者厳敷御咎可有之候猶又此度遂評議古来ゟ御定法之儀共御条
目江書加へ御勘定所ゟ御自分へ可相達候様御奉行へ申渡候沖ノ口御定法之儀ハ
公辺江も御達有之儀御自分ゟ口銭役堀長兵衛其外役向之者并湊役人共へ委
細被申渡前々之通毎年正月廿二日於湊御条目篤与為読聞一同心得違無之様
急度可被申渡候且亦享保十三申年相渡置候書付之写も可相達候間前条ニ准シ

右沖ノ口御法度御条目是迄ハ於御勘定所口銭役之者へ直ニ相渡旨ニ候得共此度ゟ
改而右之通被仰出候此外之儀ハ是迄之通可被相心得候
但右之趣相心得取扱候様金津奉行へも被仰渡候

御奉行へ
○三国湊沖ノ口の御法度御条目について、この度評議した通り、前々から御定法の件を書き加え、金津奉行渥美新右衛門へ渡すべきです。すなわち左の通り申し渡します。また、享保十三申年に渡した書付の写しもこれまた渡すべきです。

三国湊沖ノ口の御法度御条目は古来より仰せ付けられており、毎年正月二十二日に湊において一同で読み聞かせる通り、厳重に守るべきところ、近年心得違いの者もいる様子がおおよそ聞こえています。今後心得違いの者が聞こえる際には厳しいお咎めがあります。なおまた、この度評議を遂げ、古来からの御定法の件を御条目に書き加え、御勘定所から御自分へ達するよう御奉行へ申し渡します。沖ノ口御定法の件は公辺へも御達しのある件で、御自分から口銭役堀長兵衛その他役向の者並びに湊役人共へ委細申し渡し、前々の通り毎年正月二十二日に湊において御条目をよく読み聞かせ、一同心得違いのないよう必ず申し渡すべきです。また、享保十三申年に渡しておいた書付の写しも達すべきですので、前条に準じて取り扱うべきです。
二月八日
右沖ノ口御法度御条目は、これまでは御勘定所において口銭役の者へ直接渡す旨でしたが、この度から改めて右の通り仰せ出されました。この外の件はこれまでの通り心得るべきです。
ただし右の趣旨を心得て取り扱うよう金津奉行へも仰せ渡されました。

○今般御趣意があり、御武具が混雑しないよう取り調べ方をそれぞれ仰せ付けられました。これにより私が御中老へ付き添い、右の御用を勤めるべき由が仰せ出された旨。

○御武具の件は数多きことですので、混雑しないよう指し置くよう取り調べが仰せ出されましたので、御武具奉行共へも申し聞き、井原兵左衛門と申し談じ、追々取り調べるよう御家老中が申し聞かれました。

二月二十五日 ただし翌辰十一月十六日、右御武具仕分け改めが済み、それぞれ御褒詞拝領物等がありました。

The prohibited regulations for the offshore entrance of Mikuni Port have been ordained since ancient times, and should be strictly observed as they are read aloud annually on January 22nd at the port to all assembled. However, in recent years, we have heard that there are some who misunderstand these rules. Hereafter, when such misunderstanding individuals are reported, severe punishment will be administered. Furthermore, having deliberated this time, the long-standing legal provisions are to be added to the regulations, and the Magistrate is instructed that the Accounting Office should communicate these to you personally. The offshore entrance regulations are matters that have been communicated to the public authorities. You should communicate the details to Kuchisen-yaku Hori Chōbei and other officials, as well as to the port officials, and as before, ensure that the regulations are thoroughly read aloud annually on January 22nd at the port, and that all understand without error. Also, copies of documents delivered in Kyōhō 13, Year of the Monkey, should be communicated, so they should be handled in accordance with the previous article.
February 8th
The aforementioned offshore entrance prohibited regulations have until now been delivered directly to the kuchisen-yaku at the Accounting Office, but from this time forward, the revised method as stated above has been ordered. Other matters should be understood as before.
However, the Kanazu Magistrate has also been instructed to understand and handle this matter accordingly.
Nakane Yukie
○There has been a recent directive that investigations should be assigned respectively to prevent confusion regarding military equipment. Accordingly, I have been ordered to assist the Senior Councilor and serve in this capacity.
Tsuchiya Jūrōemon
○Since military equipment is numerous, investigations have been ordered to ensure it is organized without confusion. The Senior Councilors have instructed that this should be communicated to the Military Equipment Magistrates as well, and that Ihara Hyōzaemon should consult and gradually conduct investigations.
Ihara Hyōzaemon
○The same as above, investigations have been ordered, so the Senior Councilors have instructed that consultations should be held with the Military Equipment Magistrates to conduct investigations.
February 25th Note: On November 16th of the following Dragon year, the military equipment sorting and inspection was completed, and various commendations and rewards were received.
