現代語訳
付とは区別があることについて、支配頭の面々へ詳しく申し聞かせた。この旨を御貸方役の水野新助並びに元締共へも申し聞かせること。
一、別紙の通り町在支配頭また諸組拝借の件は御目付共へ申し渡したので、先達ての内許の通り、請込役の筧弥三右衛門、請込添役の能勢拾大夫が引き受けて取り扱うよう申し聞かせること。もっとも新助についてもなお心を添えて支障ないよう、これまた申し聞かせること。
一、先達て調べたところでは五千五百両の御貸付があるはずであるが、支配頭の面々の申し立てでやむを得ず月八朱の利足で御貸付があったため、御札所のこれまでの御貸付に支障があるかと吉田茂左衛門が申し達したことにより、まず四千両分の御貸付を仰せ付けられ、残りの千五百両分を月七朱で元締仲間へ御預けになった。難題極まりないことであるが、当分預かって世上の人気次第で追々町在へ御貸付されることになる。それまで内々によく取り扱うよう元締共へ申し聞かせること。
