但吟味之節三国府中之者と相達候ハヽ右両所ハ役筋ゟ吟味有之候様可申通事
一他国并他領之者召仕候儀御法度ニ候然共由緒有之奉公在付之為滞留之定

右之通不苦候在付無之此日数ニ過為致逗留候儀ハ決而不相成候事
一商人逗留十五日ニ不可過若商ひ指支之儀も候ハヽ指支候先々ゟ改而日延願可相
達事身元慥成者之儀ハ其節吟味次第可任願事
此等之趣被相心得来ル十八日迄ニ出払候様可被申付候町役人吟味等閑之儀も候得ハ
可為不調法事御発駕過町役人共取扱御目付方ゟ吟味申付候間無間違様

目付》申達候得共此度之御趣向銀ハ格別之儀ニ候間是迄之御札所銀貸
現代語訳
この度の吟味につき、急に由緒を作って申し立てする類は決して取り上げないこと。
但し吟味の節、三国・府中の者と分かった場合は、右両所は役筋より吟味があるよう申し通すこと。
一、他国並びに他領の者を召し使うことは御法度である。しかし由緒があり奉公在付のため滞留する定めは
一男 正月一ヶ月 一女 正月 七月 一不時男女共に十五日を過ぎてはならない
右の通り差し支えないが、在付がない場合、この日数を過ぎて滞留させることは決してならないこと。
一、商人の逗留は十五日を過ぎてはならない。もし商いに支障があるなら、支障のある先々から改めて日延べ願いを申し出ること。身元確かな者の件はその節の吟味次第で願いに任せること。
これらの趣旨を心得て、来る十八日までに出払うよう申し付けること。町役人の吟味が等閑な場合は不調法となること。御発駕後、町役人共の取扱いは御目付方より吟味申し付けるので、間違いないよう申し渡すこと。

御目付
