○今般 御代替被仰出候上ハ 若殿様御供立之儀各被相達候通御人被相増候間左
様相心得可被取扱候

一天明五巳年ゟ田沼主殿頭殿へ御用達之上御牽替馬御ひかせ

江戸にて 御用人
○今般、御代替えが仰せ出されました以上は、若殿様の御供立ての儀について各々に達せられた通り、御人数が相増されましたので、そのように心得て取り扱われるべきです

One: From Tenmei 5 (year of the snake), upon official business with Lord Tanuma Tonomo-no-kami, relay horses were employed
