此度御領分楮株改郡方江被仰出候且又為御用株増殖之儀荒所山畑
道添等外作難生立場所へ指木或ハ根分植付候様被仰出候
一近年楮他国へ猥ニ抜荷等有之趣候間口留御番所浦々ニ而厳敷致
吟味候而他国へ不指出候様各ゟ夫々可被申付候
但池田奥ゟ美濃路へも過分抜荷も有之趣も相聞候間此等之儀者吟 味方宜申談可被取計候

一諸寺院之内忠義等之石碑或ハ碑銘有之分

一御菩提所中初寺院之内徳行孝弟之行状或ハ殉死等都而上ゟ御建被下
候石碑又ハ碑銘等有之分
但右之趣府中へも

〇別紙の通りそれぞれ申し付け取り計らうべき旨 加藤半左衛門
このたび御領分の楮株改めを郡方へ仰せ出され、また御用のため株増殖の件について、荒所・山畑・道添など外作の難しい生立場所へ挿し木あるいは根分け植付けをするよう仰せ出された
一 近年楮を他国へみだりに抜荷等をすることがある様子なので、口留御番所・浦々において厳しく吟味をして他国へ出さないよう各々からそれぞれ申し付けるべきである
ただし池田奥から美濃路へも相当な抜荷もある様子と聞いているので、これらの件については吟味方とよく相談して取り計らうべきである
