覚 諸向へ可相通旨
〇御道中御供之面々心得左之通被仰出候事
一駕乗并馬上乗掛歩行御供之面々御侍以上着服絹紬木綿之類相用可申事
一羽織者惣而野羽織相用地合之儀ハ木綿或ハ晒ニ可限事
但無地小紋縞之類勝手次第可申事
一野袴之儀ハ桟留高宮縞葛布之類勝手次第相用可申事
一御医師惣而右同断
一熨斗目着用候身分之面々ハ装束惣而右同断
一熨斗目着用無之面々惣而右同断
但野羽織麁末成品ニ而半襟懸可致着用事
一足袋相用候ハヽ惣而紺足袋相用可申事
一諸組之者共御仕着羽織之儀ハ是迄之通麁末成絹相渡可申事
但陪臣軽キ者共へ相渡候仕着之儀も右ニ准候分是迄之通
一自分道中も惣而右ニ准シ相用可申事

〇近来石屋共諸石津出シ之儀甚猥ニ相成候趣ニ付諸石津出し之儀厳敷被指留候旨
夫々被仰出候事

〇此度御趣法被相立御道中川々川札之儀御水主頭仮役ゟ川前駅ニ而前夜川札仕
分之節御徒目付壱人小算壱人被差出候様且又病人痛所有之者指掛り川前ニ而相
達候ハヽ御徒目付共遂吟味御水主頭仮役へ相達可取扱旨夫々被仰出候事

〇於江戸表当正月ゟ格別思召御趣意を以諸役所御入用遂吟味壱月限勘
定仕上候様被仰付則諸向帳面形合御勘定所ニ而出来相渡当時専御趣意通取
扱申事ニ候依之右移りニ而御国表之儀も同様ニ取計候様就被仰出候先達而ゟ御奉行共
申談為相伺候処右形合帳面も出来申ニ付当六月朔日ゟ御趣意通可被取計候尚御

覚書 各部署への通達事項
○御道中のお供の面々への心得について、以下の通り命じられた件
一、駕籠乗り並びに馬上、徒歩でお供する面々、御侍以上は着物に絹・紬・木綿の類を用いること
一、羽織については、すべて野羽織を用い、地合いについては木綿または晒に限ること
ただし、無地・小紋・縞の類については自由とすること
一、野袴については、桟留・高宮縞・葛布の類を自由に用いること
一、御医師についてもすべて右に同じ
一、熨斗目を着用する身分の面々は、装束すべて右に同じ
一、熨斗目を着用しない面々もすべて右に同じ
ただし、野羽織は粗末な品で半襟をかけて着用すること
一、足袋を用いる場合は、すべて紺足袋を用いること
一、諸組の者たちの御仕着羽織については、これまで通り粗末な絹を支給すること
ただし、陪臣の軽い者たちへ支給する仕着についても右に準じて、これまで通り
一、自分の道中についてもすべて右に準じて用いること

○近頃石屋たちの諸石運び出しの件が甚だしく乱れている趣きにつき、諸石運び出しの件を厳しく禁止する旨、それぞれに命じられた件

○この度御趣法が立てられ、御道中の川々での川札の件について、御水主頭仮役から川前の宿駅で前夜川札を処理する際、御徒目付一人、小算一人を派遣するよう、また病人・怪我人がいて川前で申し出があった場合は、御徒目付たちが吟味を遂げて御水主頭仮役へ連絡して処理するよう、それぞれに命じられた件

諸役向へ
○江戸表において当正月から格別の思召しの御趣意により、諸役所の御入用を吟味して一月限りで勘定を仕上げるよう命じられ、諸方面の帳面書式を御勘定所で作成して交付し、現在専ら御趣意通りに処理している件について、これに移って御国表の件も同様に処理するよう命じられたことから、先達て奉行たちと相談してお伺いを立てたところ、右の書式帳面も出来上がったので、当六月一日から御趣意通り処理することとする。なお奉行たちと相談すること

Memorandum - Matters to be communicated to all departments
○ Regarding instructions for retainers accompanying the lord's journey, the following has been ordered:
1. Those accompanying on palanquins, horseback, and on foot - those of samurai rank and above shall wear clothing of silk, pongee, cotton, and similar materials
1. Regarding haori jackets - all shall use field haori, with fabric limited to cotton or bleached cloth
However, plain, small-pattern, or striped varieties may be chosen freely
1. Regarding field hakama - sanzuru, Takamiya stripes, kudzu cloth and similar may be used freely
1. The same applies to all court physicians
1. Those of rank who wear noshi-me - all attire shall follow the above
1. Those who do not wear noshi-me - all shall follow the above
However, field haori shall be of humble quality and worn with half-collar
1. When using tabi socks, all shall use navy blue tabi
1. Regarding the official haori for various groups - humble silk shall be distributed as before
However, the official clothing distributed to light retainers of subsidiary vassals shall also follow this precedent as before
1. Personal travel shall also follow the above guidelines

○ Regarding the recent excessive disorder in stone dealers' transportation of various stones, strict prohibition of stone transportation has been ordered to each party

○ This time official regulations have been established. Regarding river passes for rivers during the lord's journey: when the acting head water officer processes river passes the night before at riverside stations, one walking inspector and one accountant shall be dispatched. Also, when sick or injured persons apply at riverside locations, the walking inspectors shall conduct examinations and report to the acting head water officer for handling, as ordered to each party
April 24th
To all officials
○ At Edo, from this past New Year, by special imperial consideration and intent, examinations of expenses for all offices were ordered to be completed within one month's limit. Account book formats were prepared and distributed by the accounting office, and currently everything is being handled according to the imperial intent. Accordingly, it has been ordered that domestic matters be handled similarly. We consulted with magistrates and made inquiry some time ago, and now that the format account books are complete, handling according to the imperial intent shall begin from the first day of the sixth month. Further consultation with magistrates is required.
