〇今般御仕法を以在々ニ而作り立候薬種上納物ニ就被仰付候町方在方共ニ薬種
商売之儀先達而被差留候処去年来買取置候古薬種之分ハ達之上売買
被差免候然処新薬種出来候時節ニ指向候ヘハ古薬種之分ハ当月中ニ売買津
出取扱可申候五月ニ至候而ハ新薬種と混シ合紛敷相成事ニ候間古薬種売買
津出共ニ被指留候尤売買津出共ニ当月中取扱候儀指支之品も有之候ハヽ上へ御買
上可被成事ニ候間其段夫々へ被申渡指支無之様ニ取計可被申候

置可申出之候若手張候ハヽ手強取扱疵付即死等ニ及候而も不苦候右体之者追
散し穏便ニいたし置追而相聞候節ハ急度可被仰付候此旨可被申付候

〇御鷹野場諸普請之儀御鳥見組之者場所指図候を郡組之者見積仕様帳面
を以積候人足高村々割符申付直勤難成村々ハ御定之壱人六歩を以元村へ致相対候
様相触置普請相仕立候儀双方組之者罷出居右割符人足を以取扱来候然処近来
諸普請多相成加勢人足高ニ罷成村々難儀之筋下々ニ而申立候趣も相聞候以来見
積人足高之内歩通相渡其余之分地懸り村々出捨申付右歩通何百人加勢人足
を以地懸り村々ゟ右見積仕様之通普請相仕立候様取扱可申候至而郡中助ニも
相成可申儀ニ候尤仕様書之通仕立候儀ニ候ヘハ御用指支之儀ハ有之間敷儀ニ候普請

〇今回御仕法により在郷で作り立てた薬種の上納物について命じられたことに関し、町方・在方共に薬種商売については先般差し止められていたところ、去年から買い取り置いた古薬種の分については届け出の上で売買が許可された。しかしながら新薬種ができる時節に向かうので、古薬種の分については当月中に売買・津出の取扱いを行うべきである。五月に至っては新薬種と混じり合い紛らわしくなることであるから、古薬種の売買・津出共に差し止められる。もっとも売買・津出共に当月中の取扱いに差し支える品もあれば、上で御買上げされることであるから、その段階で夫々へ申し渡し、差し支えのないよう取り計らうべきである。

〇今回の御趣意により御本丸御建物へ瓦を上げるよう命じられたことにより、夫々御用掛りが命じられたこと

〇近頃所々で盗賊あるいは押込み体の者が徘徊している趣が聞こえるので、右様の者がいれば、その場で召し捕えておいて申し出るべきである。もし手向かいすれば手強く取り扱い、傷つけ即死などに及んでも構わない。右様の者を追い散らして穏便に済ませ置き、後で聞こえた節にはきっと処罰される。この旨を申し付けるべきである。

御鳥見頭
〇御鷹野場の諸普請については、御鳥見組の者が場所を指図するのを郡組の者が見積もりし、仕様帳面をもって積もった人足高を村々に割り符で申し付け、直勤の難しい村々は御定めの一人六歩をもって元村へ相対するよう触れ置き、普請を仕立てることについては双方の組の者が出向いており、右の割符人足をもって取り扱ってきた。しかしながら近来諸普請が多くなり加勢人足高になって村々が困窮する筋を下々で申し立てている趣も聞こえるので、以後見積人足高の内で歩通を相渡し、その余りの分は地懸り村々の出捨てとして申し付け、右の歩通何百人かの加勢人足をもって地懸り村々から右の見積仕様の通り普請を仕立てるよう取り扱うべきである。非常に郡中の助けにもなることである。もっとも仕様書の通り仕立てることであるから、御用に差し支えることはないはずである。普請中は御鳥見組の者がこれまでの通り出役して仕立て方を吟味し取り扱うべきことである。

〇Regarding the tribute of medicinal plants cultivated in rural areas under the current administrative method, while trade in medicinal plants had been previously suspended for both urban and rural areas, the sale of old medicinal plants purchased and stored since last year has been permitted upon proper notification. However, as we approach the season when new medicinal plants will be ready, old medicinal plants should be sold and shipped out within this month. From May onward, old and new medicinal plants will become mixed and difficult to distinguish, so both sale and shipping of old medicinal plants will be prohibited. However, if there are items that cannot be handled for sale or shipping within this month, they will be purchased by the authorities, so this should be communicated to all parties and arrangements made to avoid any obstacles.

〇Recently, there have been reports of bandits or burglars roaming in various places, so if such persons are found, they should be captured on the spot and reported. If they resist, they may be handled forcefully, and it is acceptable even if they are wounded or killed in the process. Those who drive away such persons and handle the matter quietly, but later have it come to light, will be severely punished. This directive should be communicated.

Falconry Chiefs
〇Regarding various construction works at the falcon hunting grounds, the falconry group designates the locations, the district group makes estimates, and using specification documents, the estimated labor force is allocated to villages through assignment certificates. Villages unable to provide direct service pay the standard rate of six bu per person to the original village for substitution. For construction projects, personnel from both groups oversee the work using this allocated labor force system. However, recently there have been many construction projects, resulting in high auxiliary labor demands, and complaints from the lower ranks about village hardships have been heard. Hereafter, a portion of the estimated labor allocation should be paid out in money, with the remainder assigned as contributions from district villages. Using auxiliary laborers paid at this rate, district villages should carry out construction according to the estimated specifications. This will greatly assist the entire district. Since construction follows the specification documents, there should be no interference with official duties. During construction, falconry group personnel should continue to supervise and oversee the construction methods as before.
