○御勝手が必至に差し支えるので、御取り継ぎの御趣意を御取り調べになり、追々御評議があり、格別の思し召しをなされているので、一統出精するように。この段申し渡すよう江戸表において仰せ出された。そのように心得ること。

○ただ今申し渡した御趣意を御勘定吟味役並びに御勝手役へも申し聞くこと。また御徒目付とも同断に申し渡すこと。両御役筋は右に準じて頭取として申し談じる者の名前を書付けて伺うこと。

○御趣意が立てられたので、別紙の認め物が数多くある。これにより青木与一右衛門を右認め物掛かりに仰せ付けられた。その段を与一右衛門へ申し聞くこと。

一、切手御門番・御物頭は前々の通り振り分けて勤めるよう仰せ付けること
一、御目付助の御役名を止め、前々の通り御側物頭に仰せ付けられること。勤め方は御番・御供・御目付助に仰せ付けられること ただし御徒頭部屋へ一緒にいること
一、御座所・大御番所・御徒番所は以後前々の通りに仰せ付けられること
一、御国において御参詣先固めは御側物頭・御持物頭が以前の通りに仰せ付けられること
一、御家老並びに御城代への御書の件、また恐悦その他すべて書状を上げる件について、御年限中は左の通り

1. Pass guards and military commanders should serve in rotation as before
1. The assistant inspector title should be discontinued, and appointments should be made to personal military commanders as before. Duties include guard duty, escort duty, and assistant inspector duties. However, they should remain together in the foot soldier commander quarters
