御用人
○非常の御手当並びに御家中の稽古のため、御年限中御馬十二疋を御家中へ定めて御貸し渡し仰せ付けられたので、そのように心得るべきである。なお又右の段は御馬方へも申し聞かせるべきである。委細の件は御目付共と申し談ずべきである。
御奉行
○右同断により、御馬一疋につき飼料として五十石ずつ下し置かれたので、右の趣を取り計らうべきである。
二月十三日
嶋田左門
○異国船漂流の節の取り計らい方の件について公儀より仰せ出しがあったにつき、以来右のような節には御手当として御人数を指し向けられる。その節御先見のうち二人を指し出されるので、かねてそのように心得るよう申し渡すべきである。
ただし公儀御役方以外に御用序を以て御手配の様子を御見分あるべき旨である。

However, due to this order, regarding the Banner Guard, Spear Guard units, and foot soldiers with wooden weapons, arrangements have been made for their allowances during the designated period.
1. The guard post for spearmen at the Seven Warehouses shall be discontinued.

1. The gate guard post at the Construction Office shall be discontinued, with day and night watches established at the Inner Office entrance, handling all entries and exits as at the previous outer guard posts.

Chamberlain
○ For emergency preparations and training of retainers, twelve horses have been designated for lending to retainers during the specified period. This should be understood accordingly. Furthermore, this matter should also be communicated to the Horse Officials. Details should be discussed with the Inspectors.

○ In accordance with the above, fifty koku of feed per horse has been provided. This matter should be handled accordingly.

Shimada Saemon
○ Regarding procedures for handling foreign ship strandings, orders have been issued from the shogunate. Henceforth, in such cases, personnel will be dispatched as a precautionary measure. On such occasions, two scouts will be assigned, so this should be understood in advance and communicated accordingly.
However, apart from shogunate officials, inspection of coordination arrangements should be conducted as official business permits.
