一女之儀御国之内ニ而も公料他領潮湯治等為致逗留候儀願書付を以可相願事

紙面之通ニ被相心得宜余ハ前々之通可被取扱事

一諸下代之者共表名札之儀誰下代何某世与相記可申事且又陪臣外宅之者共右

〇此度火事帳被相改候ニ付別紙之通被仰出候左様可被相心得候

〇御勝手向年々差支ニ付諸向御人被減候ニ付出火之節御手配致相違候依之此度御人
少を以御手配被仰付候右ニ付御年限中ハ諸向御人減ニ而御備手配被仰付方火事帳面
得与致承知候而兼而手配可被致置候尤御手詰之御人数ニ而割合等有之儀ニ候ヘハ諸

○今回火事帳が改定されることに関して別紙の通り仰せ出されました。そのように心得てください

○御勝手向きが年々支障をきたしているため、各部署の人員が減らされています。そのため出火の際の手配に相違が生じています。よって今回は少ない人員で手配が命じられました。これについて御年限中は各部署とも人員減での備えの手配が命じられる方針です。火事帳面をよく承知して、あらかじめ手配を整えておくこと。もっとも御手詰の人数での割り当て等がある件なので、各部署は

○ Due to annual financial difficulties affecting the treasury, personnel in all departments have been reduced. This has caused discrepancies in fire response arrangements. Therefore, this time arrangements are ordered with reduced personnel. During this limited period, all departments are ordered to prepare fire response arrangements with reduced staff. 1. Regarding secretaries' appointments: Previously御召御小袖 [formal court garments] were granted, but henceforth, for those serving for the first time, 御召御小袖 will be granted as before, but from the second appointment onward, 御召御小袖 will not be granted and instead 200 hiki of ceremonial goods will be granted.
However, grants during the current Edo attendance rotation shall be subject to separate deliberation.
