くひしばつてがまんをする内（うち）
男（おとこ）は日頃（ひごろ）のおもひのたけ惣（そう）
身（み）の淫念（いんねん）へのこへ入（いり）あげすか
り〳〵とひじゆつをつくしずぼり
ずぼりとつきたつれば女（おんな）は心（こゝろ）
にそまねども天然（てんねん）自然（しぜん）の喜（き）
悦（えつ）業（わざ）ことには過（すぐ）れし大陰（おほま）
茎（ら）でつきたてられてたまらば

現代語訳
唇を噛んで我慢をしている間に、男は日頃の思いの丈、全身の淫らな思いを声に出して、すっかりと技巧を尽くして、ずぼりずぼりと突き立てれば、女は心には染まないけれども、天然自然の喜悦、行為においては優れた大きな男根で突き立てられて、たまらない。

思いを白紙に書く細筆の毛ほども思わない旦那様に、なお増す鏡に曇らないと言ったが、無理ではないだろうか。
英語訳
While biting her lips and enduring, the man expresses all his daily thoughts and desires, his whole body's lustful thoughts, fully employing his techniques, and when he thrusts vigorously back and forth, the woman, though her heart remains unmoved, cannot bear being penetrated by his excellent large member in this act of natural joy and pleasure.
