一城附武具帖之事 附り右引渡脇坂殿家来諸取書等之事
一櫓引渡鎰に而済候事 一残米引渡并受取書等之事
一城引渡後無用之者可引払残り人之人名 一右人名等之事
一残り人四月十九日より五月廿一日御扶持方両度に渡る事
一井上より三次江申上之事 但団右衛門覚悟内蔵助を称美之事
一城附金無之目録江認之事 一赤穂三ヶ寺江寄附一件
一遠林寺江金子之事 一足軽共花嶽寺江銀子之事

一、城付きの武具帳の件 付：右の引き渡しにおける脇坂殿の家来による諸取書等の件
一、櫓の引き渡しは鍵にて済ませた件 一、残米の引き渡し並びに受取書等の件
一、城の引き渡し後、不要な者は引き払わせ、残る人の人名 一、右の人名等の件
一、残った人への四月十九日より五月二十一日まで御扶持方を両度にわたり渡した件
