一大石山科に住居改名同志之族住所江戸通路等之事
一同人神文不取引亦は遂吟味一味に加へ候事
一堀部奥田城渡しに寄仇討を進む大石と判談之事
一大石手に疔出来下向延引大学殿首尾之義手番ひ之事
一同志之浪人住所之事 一片岡と磯貝田中義絶田中病気等之事
一巳六月荒木殿御帰府に而大石願之義左兵衛殿御家頼伝ひに而同人江御状の事
一遠林寺を大石より江戸へ下し護持院伝に而大学殿義取持之事
一巳八月吉良殿屋敷替之事 附り御隣家蜂須賀殿より御内意之事

一、同志の浪人たちの住所の事 一、片岡と磯貝・田中が義絶し、田中の病気等の事
一、己年六月、荒木殿の帰府により大石の願いの義を左兵衛殿の御家の頼みを通じて同人へ書状を送った事
一、遠林寺を大石より江戸へ下し、護持院の仲介により大学殿の義を取り持った事
一、己年八月、吉良殿の屋敷替えの事 附け加えて、御隣家の蜂須賀殿よりの内意の事
