一前原切売者に成本荘に而見及巳の暮同志之事
一神崎地紙売に成り後みかん売になり改名之事
一茅野自殺之事 一一味之内病死自害之事
一午の七月十八日大学殿閉門御免芸州江御引取被 仰出事

一、前原が切り売りをする者となり、本荘でそれを見かけ、己年の暮れに同志となった事
一、神崎が地紙売りとなり、後にみかん売りになって改名した事
