一、大高・山田が宗偏に便りを求めて、上野介殿の在宅を探った事
一、十二月十四日の夜討ちに決定した事
一、右のように決まったけれども、なお又十四日に宗偏の宅へ大高が自在竹を持参し、並びに吉良邸同様に人を配置して、いよいよ治定にて支度をした事
一、この節に至って欠落者があったが、堅固な四十七人になった事
一、毛利小平太が欠落した事
一、欠落者の名前を記録した事
一、寺坂吉右衛門の事
