 一右三人不和并下向之儀申談之事  一何れも存寄延引申遣候処江戸之方不同心に而大石下向之筈之事  一進藤片岡不同心一味之内退候者有之候事  一同志追々下り大石下向平間村其後石町住居之事    但此節より御附之方角江文通不仕事  一上杉殿御病気上野介殿御見舞大石一儀之事考并上方江退帰者之事  一上野介殿様子難相知堀部霊夢之事  一平間村より一味之者江大石掟書差出候事    附り人々心覚頭書之事

一、右の三人が不和になり、並びに下向の件について申し談じた事 一、何れも考えを延引して申し遣わしたところ、江戸の方が同心せず、大石が下向する筈になった事 一、進藤・片岡が同心せず、一味の内から退く者があった事 一、同志が追々下り、大石が下向して平間村に、その後石町に住居した事   但し、この節より御付きの方角へは文通をしなくなった事 一、上杉殿がご病気になり、上野介殿がお見舞いされた際の、大石の一儀について考えた事、並びに上方へ退帰した者の事 一、上野介殿の様子が分からず難しい中、堀部の霊夢があった事 一、平間村より一味の者へ大石が掟書を差し出した事   付け足りとして、人々の心覚えの頭書の事
