一夜討之次第之事 附り小内九ヶ条
一本荘に而両家江集り大高間一番乗越候事
一表門裏門大石父子に而入込次第之事
一吉良殿家来小林を討取事 一同断働者之事
一同隣家并近辺之輩之事 一両隣家人数被差出駆合之事
一近松切結ひ之事 一上野介殿寐間を心差切入事
一一味痛く可働候得共打散候に付相知かたく候事
一右寐間之張付へ茅野大文書候事
