○一、右のお書付を築地のお屋敷へお持参し、ご家中の者をお屋敷へお呼び集め、大学殿もお列座になって仰せ渡された。采女殿がお申しになったのは、屋敷からの離散は二三日のうちに、いずれも勝手次第であると仰せ聞かされた。
○一、右同日、戸田采女正殿が伝奏のお屋敷へお越しになり、内匠様のお喧嘩の様子を仰せ聞かされ、お跡役を戸田能登守へ仰せ付けられた間、早々に役人共を引き取るべき旨を仰せ聞かされた。お目付鈴木源五右衛門殿《割書：五百石》がお越しになり、今日のお喧嘩について
