○一日下部三十郎殿御事内匠頭様へ御筋目有之に付御免為代
榊原采女殿被 仰付之
○一築地御屋敷に而片岡源五右衛門を始御側之者共打寄不取敢御屋
敷引渡候事如何敷奉存候最早如斯之時節に候へは御城地同前
之事に候間上野介殿生死得と聞合引渡申度旨申談候定て
家老中江も右之存念可申候得共不任心底候哉十七日に引渡相済

現代語訳
右の通り仰せつけられた。
○一、日下部三十郎殿の件について、内匠頭様へのご関係があることにより免職とし、その代わりとして榊原采女殿が仰せつけられた。
○一、築地御屋敷において、片岡源五右衛門をはじめとする御側の者共が集まり、急遽御屋敷を引き渡すことはいかがなものかと存じております。既にこのような時節でございますれば、御城地と同様のことでございますので、上野介殿の生死をよく確認してから引き渡したい旨を申し合わせました。きっと家老中にも右の意向を申すことでしょうが、思うようにならなかったのでしょうか、十七日に引き渡しが完了いたしました。
この後、御蔵の諸道具は順次本所の仮蔵へ移し替えられる。
○一、同十七日、築地御普請奉行奥田八郎右衛門殿へ引き渡し（二千五百石）

The above appointments were so ordered.
○ Regarding the matter of Kusakabe Sanjūrō, due to his connections with Lord Takumi-no-kami, he was dismissed, and in his place, Sakakibara Uneme was appointed.
○ At the Tsukiji residence, Kataoka Gengorōemon and other retainers gathered and expressed concern about the hasty handover of the residence. Since we are already in such times, and this matter is equivalent to that of the castle grounds, they discussed wanting to properly confirm the life or death of Lord Kōzuke-no-suke before proceeding with the handover. They would certainly have conveyed this intention to the senior retainers as well, but perhaps it did not go as hoped, as the handover was completed on the 17th.
After this, various tools and equipment from the storehouse were gradually moved to the temporary warehouse in Honjo.
○ On the same 17th day, handover was made to Okuda Hachirōemon, the Tsukiji Construction Magistrate (2,500 koku).
