一赤穂に而惣家中割符金頂戴之事
一割符金藤井又左衛門《割書：江戸｜御家老》不受事
一赤穂之士中難鎮土屋殿より御内意に而采女正殿より重而家老其外赤穂へ参事
一右夫々赤穂江着内蔵助初家老之町宅に而申渡し覚書幷采女正殿墨付
頭書等且御請之事
一御目付御両人より采女正殿江弥来月十五日引払等之懸合之事
一小笠原殿に而芸州御家来江御内意井上初赤穂江参御口上書思召書之事

一、赤穂の士中が動揺しているのを鎮めるため、土屋殿からの内々の意向により、采女正殿から重ねて家老その他が赤穂へ参った件について
一、右の通りそれぞれが赤穂に到着し、内蔵助をはじめとする家老の町屋敷において申し渡された覚書、并びに采女正殿の墨付、頭書等、かつその御請けの件について
一、御目付両人から采女正殿へ、いよいよ来月十五日の引き払い等についての掛け合いの件について
一、小笠原殿において芸州御家来への御内意、井上をはじめとする者が赤穂へ参る際の御口上書・思召書の件について
