幷に高須（たかす）院元（いんげん）妙策（めうさく）を述る事
一津田山小鹿子日開野へ来る事
幷禁長千代ヶ丸へ出張の事
去る程に津田浦穴観音には大将正一位
六右衛門始めとして川島九郎左衛門同
作右衛門讃州八島檀浦八兵衛役右衛門
其外むじな豆狸を頭として
数多の属族官位によつて歴座（れつざ）
を正し禁長征伐の評義まち
〳〵也時に大将六右衛門の曰く禁長
は頗（すこぶ）る勇猛たりといへどもまだ
年若く其上当春始て我に

並びに高須院元が妙策を述べる事

さて、津田浦穴観音には大将正一位六右衛門を始めとして、川島九郎左衛門、同作右衛門、讃州八島檀浦八兵衛、役右衛門、その外むじな、豆狸を頭として、数多の一族が官位によって席次を正し、禁長征伐の評議がまちまちであった。その時に大将六右衛門が言うには「禁長はすこぶる勇猛であるといえども、まだ年若く、その上今春初めて我に...」
