現代語訳

右の江戸御屋敷御門番勤方の記録は、役詰が手鑑として坂部氏より吉沢莫美が借用して写し取り、追加の上で所持していたものを両日借用して写し取ったものである。追々当時御沙汰があった条項を集めて加えて所持していたものである。

The above record of gate guard duties at the Edo mansion was copied by Yoshizawa Bakubi as a reference manual borrowed from Mr. Sakabe by the duty officer, and I borrowed it for two days to make this copy after additions were made to what he possessed. This includes various regulations that were issued from time to time, which were collected and added to what was kept in possession.
