一 同四年未年六月十八日 御徒士格次席に御取り立て、俵数を成し下され高十六俵二人扶持を下される、勤め方はこれまでの通り
一 嘉永三年庚戌十一月十三日
若殿様御乗り出しに付き総じて御用多きところ、精出し相勤め候に付き鳥目を下される
一 同四年辛亥三月二十五日 後妻願いの通り仰せ出される
一 安政三年丙辰十一月十四日 病死
一 同年十二月二十八日 息子久斎へ跡目番代申し付け

1. Same 4th year, year of the Sheep, 6th month, 18th day: Promoted to the rank of foot soldier (ashigaru), second seat, granted provisions measured in bales - 16 bales and provisions for 2 persons, duties to continue as before
1. Kaei 3rd year, year of the Metal Dog, 11th month, 13th day:
Due to the young lord's activities requiring much official business, rewarded with money for diligent service
1. Same 4th year, year of the Metal Boar, 3rd month, 25th day: Request for remarriage approved as requested
1. Ansei 3rd year, year of the Fire Dragon, 11th month, 14th day: Died of illness
1. Same year, 12th month, 28th day: Son Kyūsai appointed as temporary successor to his position
