山下鋠四郎（山下悌蔵の四男）
頼寧君の御代
一 嘉永三年（1850年）庚戌六月二十四日、徒士として当分の間雇用勤務を命じられ、合力として一人半扶持を下賜され、書役部屋詰めとなる。また当分の間、使番勤務を命じられた。

英語訳
Yamashita Teishirō (fourth son of Yamashita Teizō)
During the reign of Lord Yoriyasu
- On the 24th day of the 6th month of Kaei 3 (1850), year of the Metal Dog, he was appointed to serve temporarily as an ashigaru (foot soldier) in employment. He was granted stipend assistance of one and a half person's rations and assigned to the clerical office. He was also temporarily appointed to messenger duties.
