お受けになる旨を、御用番秋元但馬守《喬朝》殿に使者を以てお達しがあった

吉品様とご同道で登城され《昨十四日御用番秋元但馬守殿より御老中連名の御切紙が来た》、御一字
拝領の御礼を申し上げられ、御太刀《青江恒次作 代金七枚》一腰、御馬一匹《代黄金十両》、御小袖十
を献上された。御台様、一位様に白銀十枚、干鯛一箱ずつをお指し上げになった

御退出の際に、御老中並びに御側御用人、若年寄中に御廻勤された
一 十二月六日 甲府中納言《綱豊》様が御養君とお仰せ出しになったため
吉品様とご同道で登城され、御祝儀を申し上げられた

一 同月十日 御用番稲葉丹後守《正通》殿より左の通り御切紙が来た

Going to the castle in company with Lord Yoshishina {{yesterday on the 14th, a written notice with the joint names of the elders came from duty elder Lord Akimoto Tajima-no-kami}}, he offered thanks for receiving the single character
and presented one sword {{made by Aoe Tsunetsugu, worth 7 pieces of gold}}, one horse {{worth 10 ryō of gold}}, and ten small-sleeved garments
as offerings. To Lady Midaidokoro and Ichii-sama, he presented ten pieces of silver and one box of dried sea bream each

One Twelfth month, 6th day: Since Lord Kōfu Chūnagon {{Tsunayoshi}} was proclaimed as adopted heir,
going to the castle in company with Lord Yoshishina, he offered congratulations

to the elders, chamberlain attendants, and junior elders
One Same month, 10th day: From duty elder Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami {{Masamichi}}, the following written notice came:
There being official business, tomorrow the 11th at the fourth hour
you should come to the castle, that is all
