出向いたところ、口宣を頂戴する件について、御老中より京都所司代松平紀伊守《信庸》殿への
御奉書を、用人楠本源左衛門を以てお渡しになった
松平大炊頭の件、侍従《位階は元の通り》にお任せになる口宣等の件を
調えるよう、伝奏衆まで申し入れるべき候、恐々謹言

and duty elder Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami {{Masamichi}} announced that he would be appointed to the rank of Jijū (Chamberlain). As thanks for this

when departing, he made courtesy visits to the elders, chamberlain attendants, and junior elders
One Same month, 12th day:
Going in company with Lord Yoshishina, he had an audience with duty elder Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami {{Masamichi}} and
performed his duties
One Same month, 15th day: There was a summons from duty elder Lord Inaba Tango-no-kami {{Masamichi}}, and when caretaker Murakami Sandayū {{Masamine}} went,
regarding the matter of receiving the kōsen (imperial oral decree), an official letter from the elders to Kyoto Shoshidai Lord Matsudaira Kii-no-kami {{Nobuyasu}}
was handed over through retainer Kusumoto Genzaemon
Regarding the matter of Lord Matsudaira Ōi-no-kami being appointed Jijū {{court rank remains as before}}, the kōsen and other matters
should be arranged, and this should be communicated to the Densō (court intermediaries). Respectfully and humbly stated.
