太守様（殿様）のご先祖様の御年譜（家系記録）のご用のため、助三郎様へ田手（当家）のご先祖についての様々な古い事柄を、現在も含めて度々お尋ねが参っており、該当する事柄が多くございます。これにより、亥之助様へもご先祖様についてお書き上げいただくようにとのご連絡があり、以下に申し上げます。

In connection with the compilation of the genealogical records (nenpu) of His Lordship's (the taishu's) ancestors, repeated inquiries have been made to Tasuke Saburō-sama regarding various matters of ancient history concerning the ancestors of this household (Tade), extending to the present day, and there are many relevant matters. Accordingly, a request has also been sent to Innosuke-sama to write up an account of his ancestors, and we hereby present the following.
