現代語訳
十一月五日から高遠藩限定の
楮幣（紙幣）を十五日までに作成し、
上納完了。
当年七月中に貸し渡した
銭札は十月期限につき、今
十五日から順次上納すべきである。
もっとも借用高が揃わない
分については金札で上納しても
差し支えない。
一、右の銭札ができたので
引き替えを申し出たい者は
町年寄に申し出て引き替えを
行うべきである。
右の趣旨を町中へ
英語訳
From the 5th day of the 11th month, Takato domain-limited
paper currency (chouhei) was produced by the 15th day and
submission completed.
The money notes (zensatsu) lent out during the 7th month of this year
have an October deadline, so from today the 15th,
they should be submitted successively.
However, for amounts where the borrowed sum
is not available in full, submission with
gold notes (kinsatsu) is acceptable.
Item: Now that the aforementioned money notes are ready,
those who wish to exchange them
should apply to the town elder (machi-doshiyori) for exchange.
