旨等去る卯年相触置候然処
此度右五ケ所仲買之者先前之通
申付候間都而寬度【寬政度】相触候通可相
心得候若又此上出処紛敷品等内々
売買いたし候段於相聞は吟味之上

現代語訳
という趣旨等を去る卯年に触れ知らせて置きましたが、しかしながら
この度右の五ヶ所の仲買の者を先前の通り
申し付けましたので、すべて寛政度に触れ知らせた通りに
心得るべきです。もしまたこの上で出所の紛らわしい品等をひそかに
売買いたした段について聞き及んだ場合は、吟味の上
厳しく咎めを申し付けます。
右の趣旨を御料・私料・寺社領・在町へ
漏れのないように触れ知らせるべきです。
子二月
右の通り触れ知らせるべきです。以上

公儀の御触れでありますので、右様に心得、そちら共の
組村浦何者によらず触れ知らせ、組切請書を
取り揃え来る十五日までに差し出すべきです。またこの触状を
先々へ急いで回し、済んだ村から差し戻すべきです。以上
英語訳
Such was the intent announced in the previous year of the Rabbit. However,
at this time we have appointed the brokers in the aforementioned five locations as before,
so all should understand according to what was announced in the Kansei era.
If we furthermore hear of any suspicious goods of unclear origin being
secretly bought and sold, we will conduct investigations and
impose strict punishments.
The above intent should be announced to imperial lands, private domains, temple and shrine lands, and rural towns
without omission.

The above should be announced accordingly. That is all.
As stated above,
this is an official government edict, so understand it as such. All of you in your
village groups and coastal settlements, regardless of who you are, must announce this, collect
written acknowledgments from each group, and submit them by the 15th of this month. Also, this notification
should be circulated urgently to other areas, and returned from villages once completed. That is all.
