逸々相触組切り請書可差出旨被仰付奉畏候

右の通り御触れを出されましたので、誰であろうとも
急いで触れ知らせ、組切り請書を差し出すよう仰せ付けられ、恐れ入って承りました。
早速触れ知らせましたところ、恐れ入って承る旨申し出ましたので、御受書
につきましては私共連判をもって差し上げ申します。以上

As the above edict has been issued, we have been ordered that everyone without exception
must urgently announce this and submit group acknowledgment documents, which we humbly accept.
We immediately announced this, and as they have stated they humbly accept it, regarding the acknowledgment document,
we respectfully submit it with our joint signatures. That is all.
