As stated above,
There has been an official proclamation from the public authority, therefore to your group villages and coastal settlements, regardless of who they are,
each one shall be notified, and one written receipt per group shall be submitted. This document shall be circulated without any delay whatsoever,
and returned from the completed village. The above.
