右の通り、この度幕府より仰せ出されたことにつき、御国中に触れ渡すよう御当職より仰せ渡されたので、そちら共の組村浦を問わず何者も一人一人漏れのないよう触れ知らせ、組切一紙の請書を差し出すこと。なおこの状は先々滞りなく相回し、済み村より差し戻すこと。以上
