Item: A formal letter (bōsho) shall be sent to each of the following, one by one:
Tsuda Buzen
Furuuchi Samon
Moniwa Ōsumi
Yamagishi Ukon
Honda Chikara
Mayama Kurannosuke
Wada Hannosuke
Item: A congratulatory gift shall be sent on the third [visit/occasion].
The goods, along with the messenger, shall be arranged together
and communicated accordingly.
【Lower Section】
Regarding the matter to be reported to the Senior Councilors (Rōjū):
Shall it be conveyed by His Excellency of Nōshū [Mino Province],
or shall Shuri come in person?
In either case,
it is thought best to proceed smoothly in relation to Unshū [Izumo Province],
and it is considered appropriate to make an inquiry to that effect.
Regarding the communication to Lord Chūemon as well,
it is thought best to make an inquiry and proceed smoothly. The above.
