明日は忍ぶであろう 村上知彰
浦風が吹き続いてくる明け暮れに、帰ります日を
待ちわびることでしょう 鈴木まつ子
あなたのために良しと聞く湯の別れ路も、旅と思えば
わびしいものでした 森村信家
私を置いて温泉の旅の辛いことよ、まず思いこそ
沸き返ることよ、私も
あなたを置いて、惜しい熱海に別れを告げて、一人
温泉の旅は苦しいものです
二十七日 朝早くに立って、いつも親しい友達と
集まって庭中の明日葉の神になどというのも道理がないことよ
恐ろしい人々は蒸気船というものに乗って行くというが
急がずともと慌ただしく磯辺に出る、聞き慣れた
波の音さえしみじみと感じて「旅というものは」と嘆きながら
見送ってくれた人々に別れて船に乗る。直井正矯らや守りの
武士たちも皆乗る。横浜の港を離れたのは午前八時頃
であった。稲の目のほがらかに明けていく頃は海の面も
穏やかであったが、しばらくすると雲が立ち込めて風は追い風だが
雨がひどく降り出した 正矯
真帆を上げて出る船路も雨風は、まったく心ない
ものであることよ。本牧は見えなくなった。杉田はどこだなど
言っているうちに金沢の入江が近くなった。

Tomorrow I shall endure the longing Murakami Tomoaki
As the sea breeze continues to blow through dawn and dusk,
I shall wait longingly for the day of your return Suzuki Matsuko
Even the parting road to the hot springs, said to be good for you,
feels lonely when I think of it as travel Morimura Nobuka
Leaving me behind for this painful hot spring journey, my thoughts
bubble up and overflow, and I too feel:
Leaving you behind, parting from precious Atami, alone
this hot spring journey is painful
27th day Rising early in the morning, gathering with
longtime close friends, saying something about the ashitaba deity in the garden courtyard - how unreasonable!
The fearsome people say they will travel by steamship,
so without rushing we hurriedly go to the shore. Even the familiar
sound of waves feels poignant, and lamenting "such is travel,"
we part from those who saw us off and board the ship. Naoi Masataka and the guard
warriors all board as well. We departed Yokohama port around
8 AM. While the rice fields were cheerfully brightening and the sea surface
was calm, clouds soon gathered and though the wind was favorable,
rain began falling heavily Masataka
Even the ship's course with full sail raised - the rain and wind
are truly heartless things. Honmoku disappeared from view. "Where is Sugita?" we ask,
and soon Kanazawa inlet draws near.
