罷越候先承届相通シ可申事尤商人等ニ至迄胡乱成者堅為立入申

一御屋敷内御人少ニ候得ハ致他出候節互ニ申談可罷出事
一御留守居役他出之節ハ御蔵奉行江他出先相届可罷出越事
一御門外ニ而煩出又ハ何そ子細等有之罷帰候刻限相後レ御門〆り候ハヽ其所
ニ而雇人いたし其訳御門まて相断候其段御門番人御留守居役江相達指
図次第取扱可申事
一御屋敷外江罷出候節喧嘩口論ハ不及申他所者へ対無礼かさつ之働無之様
急度相慎可申事
一御用ニ而夜中罷出候節葵御紋附挑灯を灯往来いたし候ハヽ猶以相慎

一曲輪通ひ之儀者堅御法度之事ニ候得ハ不及申其外大坂中
遊所数多有之事ニ候間右体之場所江ハ無作与罷越間敷事
一御屋敷表向御長屋ニ而謡之儀ハ不苦小歌浄瑠璃琴三味線鞁太鼓
等相慎可申事
但他所ゟ客来候節饗応のために候ハヽ少々之儀ハ不苦候尤内長屋ニ而ハ不及
遠慮候得共不慎無之様ニ心得可有之事

現代語訳
一、他所から来る面々で、以前から御出入りの者は格別だが、見知らぬ者たちについては、御屋敷内へ来る前に承知届けを通してから通すべきこと。もっとも商人等に至るまで、怪しい者は堅く立ち入らせてはならないこと。
一、御屋敷内は御人数が少ないので、外出する際は互いに申し合わせて出かけること。
一、御留守居役が外出する際は、御蔵奉行へ外出先を届け出て出かけること。
一、御門外で病気になったり、何か事情があって帰りが遅れ、御門が締まってしまった場合は、その場で雇人を使ってその訳を御門まで相談に行かせ、その旨を御門番人が御留守居役へ相談して、指図次第で取り扱うべきこと。
一、御屋敷外へ出かける際は、喧嘩・口論は申すまでもなく、他所の者へ対して無礼・軽率な行いがないよう、きっと慎むべきこと。
一、御用で夜中に出かける際、葵の御紋付き提灯を灯して往来するならば、なおいっそう慎むべきこと。
一、遊郭通いの件は堅く御法度のことなので申すまでもなく、その外大坂中には遊所が数多くあることなので、そのような場所へは決して出かけてはならないこと。
一、御屋敷表向きの御長屋で謡うことは構わないが、小歌・浄瑠璃・琴・三味線・鞁太鼓等は慎むべきこと。
但し、他所から客が来た際の饗応のためであれば、少々のことは構わない。もっとも内長屋では遠慮する必要はないが、不慎重にならないよう心得ておくべきこと。
一、博打等の件は堅く御法度である。その外、諸勝負に似寄った義であっても堅くしてはならないこと。もし背く者があれば、きっと処罰されること。
一、御長屋内から往来の者へ言葉をかけてはならないこと。
一、御屋敷前の件は、御門番所から気を付けて、諸事に不始末がないようにすること。往来の者で怪しい者はもちろん、用のない者をみだりに立ち入らせてはならないこと。御屋敷の浜先へ往来の舟を繋がせてはならないこと。
右の御定書の通り堅く相守るべきものなり。
