追って先年御国において仰せ出された通り、公料並びに他領の者、若党・中間に至るまで召し抱える儀は無用である。もし無拠品がある者は御目付へ相達し、差図を得るべきである。下［判読困難］給分の儀は先年の御触れの通り相守り、総て奉公人に応じて段々軽く抱えるべき［判読困難］自然高給で召し抱える場合は、主人が無調法となる旨であるので、左様に相心得るべきである。以上

一、御門外から召し抱えた者に暇を出し、御屋敷へ有り付いても、暇を出した方からも断りを申すべきである。もっとも召し抱えた方からも、なお以って御門外から召し抱えたと同事の儀であるので、宿元・請人等の書付を以ってその品を断り申し達すべきである。且つまた御門外から召し抱えた者は前々の通り、召し抱える節にいよいよ断りを申すべきである。御門外から召し抱える節に断りの無い者は、暇を出す節に

一、出替わりの御触れ正月十一日出す案文を御家老中入り披見する事。出替わりの儀は主人々から届けがある場合は、此方の留帳に出入共に記し置く。御屋敷から河岸へ下り、挊を致したい段を御領分の者が願い出ても、直には相成らず、一度御国へ罷り帰り、支配々へ相願い、御帳に付けてから出なければ相成らない事。
