一近年奉公人給金段々高直に罷成候儀侍中可致難義旨に付度々御触
指出候処面々致物数奇内證にて給金に其品を付召抱候者有之
様に相聞不届に候就夫自今遂御吟味候間奉公人古主にて之給金員数
を承其旨古主へ承届少分之致増減可被召抱候自然奉公人給金を
偽其外我儘なる仕形有之候はゝ早々御目付迄可被相達候急度可被
遂御吟味筈に候但家来年数をつかひ致手当候儀は格別之事に候

寄召仕候節主人ゟ御目付共へ其品申達二月出替之時分御門

一家来不届有之又は気に入不申不時に暇を出候節主人ゟ相定之路銀
を渡し御国元江可指越筈に候間此段可被得其意候右は前々ゟ□□□処

現代語訳
承知して御国の支配頭へ申し遣わすが、今後は御国においても右の本人の親類どもから支配頭まで、御当地の誰方へ養子に指し越したい旨を相願い申すべきである。もっともこの表（江戸）においても相達し、双方にて相願う者は承知届け申すことである。
右の趣旨を相達すべき旨であるので、家来どもへも堅く申し付け、その意を得るべき旨である。

一、例年相触れる通り、奉公人・道具持・馬取どもの給金は二両一歩を過ぎてはならない旨が仰せ出されているので、いよいよその意を得て、右へ准じて給金を軽くして召し抱えるべきである
一、近年奉公人の給金が段々高値になっていることは、侍中が難儀を致す旨に付き、度々御触れを指し出した処、面々が物数奇を致し、内証にて給金にその品を付けて召し抱える者がいるように相聞こえ、不届きである。それに就いて、自今御吟味を遂げるので、奉公人の古主での給金員数
を承り、その旨を古主へ承知届け、少分の増減を致して召し抱えるべきである。自然奉公人が給金を偽り、その外我儘なる仕形がある場合は、早々御目付まで相達すべきである。厳しく御吟味を遂げる筈である。ただし家来を年数使い、手当を致す儀は格別のことである。
