一御扶持人或は又もの御追放御門払等被 仰付候節遠見組之者遣候事御扶持人は支配
頭ゟ人差添出す其節御目付組之者指遣落付候所見届候て罷帰候事尤右之者
以来所之御屋敷并御国へ立入不申候様に支配頭ゟ一札を取御目付へ指出事尤御徒目付
立合無之又ものは主人申渡し右一札に印形為致候事御門外江指出候節此方へ案内有之
節所々御門所へも右之者向後為立入不申候様に書付を以申付候事
一何れにても壱人役相果候かいか用之訳有之欠候時は本役代りに被 仰付候迄仮役被 仰付候事
但御目付ゟ致吟味御家老中へ可申達候事
一表御門内遠出番所前女中往来不致筈并下々高足不仕筈
一御屋鋪之内一ケ月に一両度も相廻り御門外も 御成間遠之時は相廻る尤御成之
月は分立相廻に不及事
一夜之内三度つゝ夜廻り之者有之月番非番月共に可罷越候事
一中仕切御番人勤方之儀は御目付ゟ致指図候事
但し以前は中仕切御番人共御側物頭御持弓頭廻り支配也御留守年は御目付仮支配也
一江戸詰御先物頭詰に候得は勿論御先組之者支配也詰無之候節は御水主頭或は御杉形奉行
現代語訳
雑項
一、御扶持人または又者が御追放・御門払等を申し付けられる際には、遠見組の者を派遣すること。御扶持人については支配頭から人を差し添えて出す。その際、御目付組の者を指し遣わし、落ち着いた所を見届けて帰参すること。もっとも、右の者が以後、当所の御屋敷並びに御国へ立ち入らないよう、支配頭から一札を取り、御目付へ差し出すこと。もっとも御徒目付の立ち合いはなし。また又者については主人が申し渡し、右の一札に印形を押すこと。御門外へ差し出す際、こちらへ案内があった際には、所々の御門所へも右の者が向後立ち入らないよう書付をもって申し付けること。
一、いずれにおいても一人役が相果てたか、何か用事の訳があって欠けた時は、本役の代わりに申し付けられるまで仮役を申し付けること。
但し、御目付から吟味を行い、御家老中へ申し達すべきこと。
一、表御門内遠出番所前で女中の往来をしてはならず、また下々が高足をしてはならない。
一、御屋敷の内を一ヶ月に一、二度も回り、御門外も御成間が遠い時は回ること。もっとも御成の月は格別に回る必要はないこと。
一、夜のうちに三度ずつ夜回りの者があり、月番・非番月ともに罷り越すべきこと。
一、中仕切御番人の勤め方については御目付から指図すること。
但し、以前は中仕切御番人共は御側物頭・御持弓頭回りの支配であった。御留守年は御目付の仮支配であった。
一、江戸詰の御先物頭が詰めている場合はもちろん御先組の者の支配である。詰めていない際は御水主頭または御杉形奉行

1. When stipend recipients (gofuchi-nin) or retainers (mata-mono) are sentenced to banishment (go-tsuiho) or gate expulsion (go-monbarai), members of the watch group (tomi-gumi) shall be dispatched. For stipend recipients, the supervising head shall provide an accompanying person. At that time, members of the inspector group (go-metsuke-gumi) shall be sent to confirm their settled location before returning. Most importantly, to ensure that said individuals do not enter the local mansion or domain territory thereafter, a written pledge shall be obtained from the supervising head and submitted to the inspector. Notably, foot inspectors (go-kachi-metsuke) need not be present. For retainers, the master shall issue the order and affix a seal to said pledge. When escorting them outside the gate, if notice is given here, written orders shall be issued to various gate posts to prevent said individuals from entering in the future.
1. When any single position becomes vacant or is absent due to some matter, a temporary appointment shall be made until a permanent replacement is appointed.
