条々
一公儀御定之通荷物不可過四拾貫目から尻荷物五貫目之外本駄賃之事
一対往還之輩口論仕候はゝ不論理非可為死罪事
附竹木一切伐取申間敷事
一於道中 公儀御番衆并諸大名衆御通之節無札無之様下々に至迄◦（イ堅）可申付 候（事）
一対宿割悪口仕におゐては可為曲事
附宿札剥取申間敷事
一宿々にて亭主に非分成儀申掛間敷事
附御定之通宿賃可出之若於相背は可為曲事
一於泊々好色不行儀猥成儀一切仕間敷事
附博奕小哥尺八其外無作と高声仕間敷事
一駄賃馬不論前後対問屋馬指馬方かさつに打擲仕間敷事
附舟渡におゐて不論前後猥無之様に下々至迄堅可申付事
右之条々堅相守之至下々迄可被申付候若於相背もの有之候はゝ任其軽重或過

御道中御条目
各条項
一、公儀御定の通り、荷物は四十貫目を超えてはならず、尻荷物は五貫目を超えない本駄賃のこと
一、往還の人々に対して口論をした場合は、理非を問わず死罪とすること
付け加えて、竹木は一切伐採してはならないこと
一、道中において、公儀御番衆並びに諸大名衆がお通りになる際は、下々に至るまで無礼のないよう厳重に申し付けること
一、宿割に対して悪口を言う場合は曲事（処罰対象）とすること
付け加えて、宿札を剥がし取ってはならないこと
一、各宿場で宿の主人に理不尽なことを申し掛けてはならないこと
付け加えて、御定の通り宿賃を出すこと。もし背く場合は曲事とすること
一、宿泊先において、好色で不行儀で猥褻な行為を一切してはならないこと
付け加えて、博打、小歌、尺八その他の無駄話と大声を出してはならないこと
一、駄賃馬について前後を問わず、問屋・馬指・馬方・かさつを殴打してはならないこと
付け加えて、舟渡しにおいて前後を問わず猥褻行為のないよう、下々に至るまで厳重に申し付けること
右の条々を厳重に守り、下々まで申し付けるべきである。もし背く者がある場合は、その軽重に応じて処罰

Regulations for Official Travel
Various Articles
Article 1: In accordance with official regulations, baggage must not exceed 40 kan-me in weight, with auxiliary baggage not exceeding 5 kan-me for standard transport fees.
Article 1: Those who engage in quarrels with travelers on the highways shall be sentenced to death regardless of right or wrong.

Article 1: Regarding pack horses, whether before or after, beating of inn officials, horse handlers, horsemen, or lower servants is forbidden.
Additionally: At ferry crossings, whether before or after, indecent behavior must be prevented, with strict orders given to all people down to the lowest ranks.
The above articles must be strictly observed and orders given to all people down to the lowest ranks. Should there be those who violate these rules, they shall be punished according to the severity [of their offense].
