之儀御用向毎端之由ニ付釼術師範
御免被成候間右御用向専らニ相勤候様

その旨が申し渡された。
ただし武学寮諸入用伺役および田地開発の件については、これまで通り勤務するよう申し渡された。
一同二年（文化二年）正月、武学寮入用の莚・鞱・竹について、これまで学寮役所において取り扱っていたところ、廃止されることになったため、これもまた取り扱うよう申し付けられた。
一同三年（文化三年）九月、武学寮御用場勤務の件について、御用向きが多忙であるため、剣術師範を免除することになったので、右御用向きを専らに勤務するよう申し付けられた。
ただし御扶持方はこれまで通り五人分を下し置く旨が申し渡された。
一同年十一月、学料役所頭取御雇勤を申し付けられ、かつ武学寮御用場の方は一人で勤務するよう申し付けられた。
一同年十二月、御用向きが繁忙のため勤務しているので、学料役所出目金の内から年に金二両宛を下し置く旨が申し渡された。

This was ordered.
However, regarding the duties of inquiring about various expenses for the military academy (武学寮) and land development, he was ordered to continue serving as before.
In the first month of the same second year (Bunka 2, 1805), regarding mats, leather shoes, and bamboo supplies for the military academy, these had previously been handled by the academy office, but since this was to be discontinued, he was also ordered to handle these matters.
In the ninth month of the same third year (Bunka 3, 1806), regarding service at the military academy office, since official duties were numerous and burdensome, he was relieved of his position as swordsmanship instructor and ordered to concentrate exclusively on the aforementioned official duties.
However, his stipend allowance would continue to be provided for five people as before.
In the eleventh month of the same year, he was appointed to serve as head clerk of the academy fee office on a temporary basis, and was ordered to handle the military academy office duties by himself.
In the twelfth month of the same year, since he was serving during busy periods with official duties, it was ordered that two ryō of gold per year would be provided from the academy fee office's surplus funds.
