現代語訳
一同四年（文化四年）七月、真天流剣術師範を申し付けられ、学料役所頭取御雇勤を免除された。これまで精を出して勤務していたので、二人扶持増を下し置く旨が申し渡された。
一同五年（文化五年）十二月、先だって学料役所頭取を勤めていた際、学校において諸生へ御賄いを下していたところ、御入方省約に取り扱い、臨事の御用を出精して勤めたので、御褒美として綿二把を下し置く旨が申し渡された。
一同十年（文化十年）二月、剣術師範として出精して勤め、門弟共を良く取り立てたので、格別の訳をもって芸者御雇勤を申し付けられ、年始御着城御規式の節、右席にて御目見を申し付けられる旨が申し渡された。
一同年九月、追鳥狩の節に罷り出た。
一同年十一月、御規式の節、篠田卯之吉の次にて御目見を申し付けられ、御扶持方はこれまで通りに下し置き、学校奉行支配に置かれる旨が申し渡された。
一同十二年（文化十二年）十一月、流技の剣術を奉入した。
英語訳
In the seventh month of the same fourth year (Bunka 4, 1807), he was appointed as an instructor of Shinten-ryū swordsmanship and was relieved of his temporary position as head clerk of the academy fee office. Since he had served diligently until then, it was ordered that his stipend be increased by provisions for two additional people.
In the twelfth month of the same fifth year (Bunka 5, 1808), when he had previously served as head clerk of the academy fee office, meals were provided to the students at the school. He handled the financial arrangements economically and served diligently in urgent official duties, so as a reward, two bundles of cotton were granted to him.
In the second month of the same tenth year (Bunka 10, 1813), having served diligently as a swordsmanship instructor and having trained his disciples well, he was appointed to serve as a skilled artisan on a temporary basis for special reasons, and was granted an audience with the lord at the New Year castle arrival ceremony in that capacity.
In the ninth month of the same year, he participated in the bird hunting expedition.
In the eleventh month of the same year, at the formal ceremony, he was granted an audience following Shinoda Unokichi, his stipend allowance was to continue as before, and he was placed under the supervision of the school magistrate.
In the eleventh month of the same twelfth year (Bunka 12, 1815), he presented his school's swordsmanship techniques.
