現代語訳
一、宝暦7年（丑年）3月、江戸において親の願いの通り初めての御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、明和5年（子年）3月、親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、沼沢権兵衛組において御城御番を勤めた事
一、同年11月、組頭沼沢権兵衛の御番代付の跡役として一瀬内記組に移った事
一、同6年（丑年）5月、出奔した事
一、安永元年（辰年）月日不詳、国に帰住することをお許しになった事
一、享和2年（戌年）12月23日病死、法名は筏山宗卓信士、葬所は同上
勝太郎 明和7年（寅年）8月7日病死、法名は紹玄童子、葬所は同上
母は祢津氏の女
勘助忠明 初名は辰之助、またの名は孫市郎、また九郎左衛門、また鉄右衛門
実は高岸忠次右衛門良明の長男
英語訳
- In the 3rd month of Hōreki 7 (Year of the Ox), he was granted his first audience (with the lord) in Edo as requested by his father.
- In the 3rd month of Meiwa 5 (Year of the Rat), he was appointed as a guard substitute as requested by his father, and served castle guard duty in Numasawa Gonbei's unit.
- In the 11th month of the same year, he transferred to Ichinose Naiki's unit as successor to the position of guard substitute under group leader Numasawa Gonbei.
- In the 5th month of the 6th year (Year of the Ox), he absconded.
- In An'ei 1 (Year of the Dragon), month unknown, he was pardoned and allowed to return to his home domain.
- He died of illness on the 23rd day of the 12th month of Kyōwa 2 (Year of the Dog). His Buddhist name was Ikadayama Sōtaku Shinji, buried in the same place as above.
Katsutarō: Died of illness on the 7th day of the 8th month of Meiwa 7 (Year of the Tiger). Buddhist name was Shōgen Dōji, buried in the same place as above.
Mother was a woman of the Nezu family
