現代語訳
一、元禄七年（戌年）五月、先祖の苗字「入江」と改名し、名も久右衛門と改めたい旨を願い出て許可された件
一、貞享四年（卯年）三月、御上洛のお供として参上した
ただし、首尾よく勤めた段について仰せ出された件
一、宝永元年（申年）七月、流枝の兵法の弟子中が御覧に入れた際、首尾よく仕えた段について仰せ出された
ただし、この後一度御覧に入れた際も右同様に仰せ出された件
一、正徳二年（辰年）十一月、その方は訳のある者と聞き及んでいる、その上武芸を怠らず馬を数十ヶ年絶やすことなく所持し、寄持に思し召す旨、特に外様組付を仰せ付けられ、坂清左衛門組へ入り、御城の御番を勤めた件
一、同四年（午年）四月、御供として勤番のため参上し、御道中では御本陣番を勤め、同十月に帰った件
英語訳
1. In the 7th year of Genroku (1694, Year of the Dog), 5th month: He was granted permission to change his surname to his ancestor's family name "Irie" and to change his given name to Kyūemon.
1. In the 4th year of Jōkyō (1687, Year of the Rabbit), 3rd month: He accompanied the lord on his journey to Kyoto.
Note: It was proclaimed that he performed his duties excellently.
1. In the 1st year of Hōei (1704, Year of the Monkey), 7th month: When disciples of the Ryūshi school of military arts were presented for inspection, it was proclaimed that he served excellently.
Note: Later, when presented for inspection once more, the same proclamation was made.
1. In the 2nd year of Shōtoku (1712, Year of the Dragon), 11th month: It was heard that he was a person of special circumstances, and moreover, he did not neglect martial arts and had continuously maintained horses for several decades, which was viewed favorably. He was specially appointed to the tozama-gumi (outer retainer group) and entered Saka Seizaemon's unit, serving guard duty at the castle.
1. In the 4th year of the same era (1714, Year of the Horse), 4th month: He went up to serve as an attendant on duty, performed guard duty at the main camp during the journey, and returned in the 10th month of the same year.
