現代語訳
勤務したので、今年も格別に金二両を下賜された。
一、同七午年（文化4年、1807年）四月
欽文様が初めて参府（江戸参勤）なさるにあたり、お供として江戸に上ったところ、道中徒歩でお供の勤務をしたので、酒を下賜された。
一、同年十一月、御小性の人員も削減されたが、この度
欽文様が初めて参府なさり、道中をはじめ多忙な業務であったが、あれこれと苦労し精励して勤務したので、褒美として綿三把を下賜された。
一、同年十二月
欽文様がお出かけの際、毎度仲ヶ間両人ずつがお供の勤務をしたが、両方の務めを勤めることについては労費もかかることであろうから、一人につき一年間金一両ずつ無利子で下賜された。
一、同八未年（文化5年、1808年）五月、平日精励して勤務し三十ヶ月皆勤したので、褒美として麻の上下の代わりに晒一反を下賜された。
一、同月、御膳番当座仮役を仰せ付けられた。

When Lord Kinbun made his first sankin (attendance in Edo), he accompanied him to Edo, and because he served as a foot attendant during the journey, he was granted sake.

Lord Kinbun made his first sankin, and though the journey and other duties were very busy, he worked hard through various difficulties and served diligently, so as a reward he was granted three bundles of cotton.

When Lord Kinbun went out, two attendants from the nakagama would serve as escorts each time, but since serving both duties would incur labor and expenses, each person was granted one ryō of gold per year without interest.
1. Same 8th Sheep Year (Bunka 5, 1808), 5th month: Because he served diligently on regular days and maintained perfect attendance for thirty months, as a reward he was granted one tan of bleached cloth in place of hemp kamishimo.
1. Same month: He was appointed to the temporary position of gozenban (meal attendant).
