土津様江拾四歳ニ而御小性被 召出候付

現代語訳
月日不詳で六日に亡くなり、同じ寺に葬られた
一、明暦元年（1655年）十二月
土津様（保科正之）に十四歳で小姓として召し出され、
八両五人扶持を下賜された
一、万治二年（1659年）八月、御膳番に任命され奥
小姓として召し使われ、同年十二月に二両の加増を下賜
された
一、同三年（1660年）三月、髪上げの式を行うよう命じられ、装
束の手伝いもするよう命じられたため、大石祢
五兵衛に稽古をして勤めを果たした
一、寛文二年（1662年）月日不詳
土津様の眼病治療のため夏加玉眼院に
命じられた際、手伝いをするよう命じられ、治療
中勤めを果たした
一、同年四月
土津様の病気の際に骨折りをしたため、
鳳翔院様から袷二着をお祝いとして下賜された
一、同年十二月、前記の治療中の勤めに対し金二両
加増を下賜され、その上褒美として金子三両を
下賜された

1. Twelfth month of Meireki 1 (1655)
He was summoned as a page (kosho) to Lord Dotsū (Hoshina Masayuki) at age fourteen,
and was granted a stipend of eight ryō and provisions for five people.
1. Eighth month of Manji 2 (1659), he was appointed as御膳番 (gozenban - meal attendant) and served as an inner page (oku-kosho). In the twelfth month of the same year, he received an additional stipend of two ryō.
1. Third month of the same 3rd year (1660), he was ordered to perform the coming-of-age ceremony (hair-raising), and was also ordered to assist with ceremonial dress. He practiced under Ōishi Ne Gohei to fulfill these duties.
1. Kanbun 2 (1662), month unknown
When Lord Dotsū's eye disease was being treated at Kakagyokuin temple, he was ordered to assist during the treatment period and fulfilled his duties.
1. Fourth month of the same year
Because he worked diligently during Lord Dotsū's illness, he received two summer robes as a reward from Lady Hōshōin.
1. Twelfth month of the same year, for his service during the aforementioned treatment period, he received an additional stipend of two ryō in gold, and furthermore was granted three ryō in gold as a special reward.
